The return itself went okay, and I did eventually get my refund, but it took longer than I was expecting. I kind of felt misled because I thought the process would be quicker based on what I was told.

I was a little nervous trying this because my skin reacts to so many things, but this didn’t irritate me at all. That alone made me feel really relieved and happy with it. Good experience overall.
